Delivery of goods

Goods ordered on Ekozoe.lt are delivered using DPD couriers and DPD parcel machines (in the Baltic countries) and Omniva parcel machines (in the Baltic countries). When ordering to other countries of the world, delivery is carried out by courier service through the Alsendo system.

During payment, select the appropriate secure payment method – Neopay Internet banking system or Stripe bank card service system.

When choosing DPD or Omniva parcel machine service, the buyer must choose the parcel machine to which the goods will be delivered. When the goods arrive at the parcel machine, the buyer will be informed by e-mail and SMS.

When choosing DPD courier, the goods are delivered directly to your specified home or office address. In this case, the courier will contact you on the day of delivery and inform you of the delivery time.
