Terms of Purchase

1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

These purchase and sale terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as the Terms) are a legally binding document for the parties, defining the rights and obligations of the Buyer (hereinafter Buyer) and the Seller (hereinafter Seller), the conditions for purchasing and paying for goods, the procedure for delivery and return of goods, the parties’ responsibilities, and other aspects related to the purchase and sale of goods in the ekozoe.lt online store.

The Seller reserves the right to change or supplement these Terms at any time.

All disputes shall be resolved through negotiations. If a mutual agreement cannot be reached, problematic issues shall be resolved according to the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.


2. PURCHASING GOODS IN THE ONLINE STORE

2.1. Select the goods, add them to the cart, and click “Checkout”.
2.2. Register or purchase as a guest.
2.3. Fill in or confirm your contact details.
2.4. Choose a delivery and payment method suitable for you.
2.5. Check that the order and contact information are correct, then confirm the order.


3. PRICES, TERMS, AND PAYMENT METHODS

3.1. Prices of goods are indicated in euros.
3.2. The ekozoe.lt online store reserves the right to change the prices of products sold in the online store without prior notice.
3.3. The following payment methods are available:
 3.3.1. Payment via the paysera.com system and its available payment methods.
 3.3.2. Payment via the Stripe system.


4. RETURNING GOODS

4.1. To return goods purchased from the ekozoe.lt online store, you need to know:

 4.1.1. You must notify us by email at info@ekozoe.lt (include the order number, reason for return, and a list of goods to be returned) within 7 working days from the date of delivery.
 4.1.2. If the reason for returning the goods is poor quality (e.g., damaged packaging, etc.) or if you received a different product than ordered, we undertake at our expense to optionally replace the poor quality product with a suitable one or refund the amount paid for the product.
 4.1.3. Products of poor quality are replaced or returned according to the “Rules for Returning and Exchanging Goods” approved by the Minister of Economy on June 29, 2001, Order No. 217.
 4.1.4. Goods of proper quality are returned according to the procedure established by the “Rules for the Sale of Goods and the Provision of Services When Contracts Are Concluded Using Means of Distance Communication” approved by the Minister of Economy on August 17, 2001, Order No. 258. In this case, the buyer bears the costs of returning the goods.

4.2. When returning goods, the following conditions must be met:

 4.2.1. The returned goods must be in their original undamaged packaging.
 4.2.2. The goods must not be damaged by the Buyer.
 4.2.3. The goods must retain their commercial appearance (no damaged labels, peeled protective films, etc.) (this does not apply when returning defective goods).
 4.2.4. The returned goods must be of the same configuration as received by the Buyer.


5. PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION

5.1. We guarantee:
 5.1.1. The security of personal data provided by the Buyer (name, surname, address, phone number, email, etc.) in the ekozoe.lt online store.
 5.1.2. Personal information will only be used to perform the purchase and sale transaction.
 5.1.3. Personal information will not be shared with third parties without your consent.
 5.1.4. Your provided personal information will only be used to complete the purchase and sale transaction, except in cases regulated by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.


6. CONCLUSION OF THE PURCHASE-SALE AGREEMENT

6.1. The Buyer, wishing to purchase goods sold in the ekozoe.lt online store, must read the purchase rules and conditions;
6.2. Confirm in the payment information section that they have read and agree with the rules and conditions.


7. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE BUYER

7.1. The Buyer has the right to purchase goods in the ekozoe.lt online store and undertakes to comply with these purchase and sale rules.
7.2. The Buyer has the right to refuse goods purchased in the ekozoe.lt online store (see section 4).
7.3. The Buyer undertakes not to share their login data with third parties. If the Buyer loses their login data, they must immediately inform the ekozoe.lt online store administration by email at info@ekozoe.lt.
7.4. If the Buyer’s registration data changes, they must update it immediately.
7.5. If the Buyer refuses to accept the goods at delivery without valid reasons, they must cover the delivery costs.
7.6. By using the ekozoe.lt online store, the Buyer agrees to these purchase and sale rules and undertakes to comply with them.


8. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE SELLER

8.1. If the Buyer intentionally or unintentionally damages or attempts to damage the operation of the online store and/or breaches their obligations, the Seller has the right to immediately and without warning restrict or suspend the Buyer’s access to the ekozoe.lt online store or, in exceptional cases, cancel the Buyer’s registration.
8.2. Due to circumstances beyond the Seller’s control (force majeure) and other important circumstances, the Seller may temporarily or permanently suspend the operation of the online store without prior notice to the Buyer.
8.3. The Seller undertakes to provide all conditions for the Buyer to properly use the services provided by the online store.
8.4. The Seller undertakes to deliver the Buyer’s ordered goods to the specified address under the conditions set in these Terms.
8.5. If the Seller is unable to deliver the ordered goods for important reasons, they undertake to offer an analogous or as similar as possible product. If the Buyer refuses to accept an analogous or similar product, the Seller undertakes to refund the amount paid within 3 (three) working days if prepayment was made.


9. LIABILITY

9.1. The Buyer is fully responsible for the accuracy of the data provided in the registration form. If the Buyer provides incorrect data, the Seller is not responsible for the resulting consequences.
9.2. The Buyer is responsible for the security of their login data, and in case of transfer to third parties, subsequent actions by those third parties in the online store become the Buyer’s responsibility.
9.3. The Buyer is responsible for their actions when using the online store.
9.4. If the Seller’s online store contains links to websites of other companies, institutions, organizations, or individuals, the Seller is not responsible for the information or activities on those websites and does not monitor or control them or represent those entities. In case of damage, the liable party compensates the other party for direct losses.


10. FINAL PROVISIONS

The Seller reserves the right to change or supplement these Terms at any time.
