Nutritional information per 100 g: Energy value 126 kJ / 30 kcal, fat 0.5 g, of which saturated fatty acids 0.1 g, carbohydrates 5.3 g, of which sugars 0.9 g, protein 1.0 g, salt 0.98 g.
ZOE concentrates are enriched with live beneficial bacteria, so by consuming ZOE you will enrich your daily food.
– Take one teaspoon during each meal: breakfast, lunch, and dinner. If you eat more often – use ZOE more often.
– Stir the undiluted concentrate into your food (porridge, soup, salads).
– Or prepare a ZOE drink: add one teaspoon of ZOE into a glass of water or juice, stir well, and drink while eating.
A few more important ZOE usage guidelines:
– Add ZOE concentrate to heat-processed dishes only after the food has cooled down enough not to burn your mouth. Wait until the food cools to at least 40°C (104°F);
– For raw foods (mixed salads, smoothies, fruit desserts, etc.), it is recommended to add ZOE concentrate in advance and let the food ferment.
IMPORTANT: After opening the bottle, it is recommended to consume within 45 days.
