Ingredients: drinking water, buckwheat 10%, starter culture (biologically active beneficial bacterial cultures: mesophilic lactic acid bacteria count – not less than 1×108 CFU/ml, bifidobacteria – not less than 1×108 CFU/ml), acidity regulator sodium carbonates.
Nutritional declaration per 100 g: Energy value 88 kJ / 21 kcal, fat 0.3 g, of which saturates 0.1 g, carbohydrates 3.4 g, of which sugars 0.6 g, protein 1.1 g, salt 1.3 g.
ZOE concentrates are enriched with live beneficial bacteria, so by using ZOE, you will enrich your daily diet.
Take one teaspoon with each meal: breakfast, lunch, dinner. If you eat more often – use ZOE more often too.
Mix the undiluted concentrate into food (porridge, soup, salad).
Or prepare a ZOE drink: add one teaspoon of ZOE to a glass of water or juice, stir and drink it during your meal.
A few more important ZOE usage rules:
Add ZOE concentrate to thermally processed dishes only when the food has cooled down and is no longer hot to the mouth. Wait until the food cools – at least to 40°C;
For raw foods (salads, vegetable mixes, fruit purées, etc.), it is recommended to add ZOE concentrate in advance and allow the food to ferment slightly.
IMPORTANT: Once opened, it is recommended to consume the product within 45 days.

Где бы я ни находилась, всегда стараюсь заказать продукцию Зоэ, хоть доставка значительно её удорожает. Я употребляла её в России, в Латвии и употребляю во Франции. Трудно выделить какой-то один продукт:все концентраты хороши и помогают решить проблемы со здоровьем. Сейчас у меня на очереди концентрат с коноплей. Гречневой концентрат очень мягкий, нежный, приятного цвета.
