1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

These terms and conditions of goods purchase and sale (hereinafter – the Terms) are a legally binding document for the Parties, which establishes the rights, duties, and responsibilities of the Buyer when purchasing goods in the online store.

The Seller reserves the right to change, amend, or supplement the terms at any time, taking into account the requirements of the applicable legislation. The Buyer is informed via the online store website. The Terms valid at the time of order submission apply to the Buyer shopping in the online store.

The right to purchase in the online store is granted to:

capable natural persons, i.e. persons who have reached the age of majority and whose legal capacity is not restricted by a court;

minors aged from 14 to 18 years, only with parental or guardian consent, except in cases where they independently manage their income;

legal entities;

authorized representatives of all the above-mentioned persons.

By confirming the Terms, the Seller also guarantees that, pursuant to clause 1.3 of the Terms, the Buyer has the right to purchase goods in the online store.

A contract between the Buyer and the Seller is considered concluded from the moment the Buyer forms the shopping cart in the online store, specifies the delivery address, chooses the payment method, and agrees to the Seller’s terms by clicking the “Confirm Order” button (see clause 5 “Ordering goods, prices, payment procedure, deadlines”).

Each contract concluded between the Buyer and the Seller is stored in the online store.

What personal data is collected?

• Information you provide: residence (address), first name, last name, phone number, email address.
• Information about website usage (IP addresses, visit statistics, demographic data, and other data used for analysis).

How is your information used?
Information is used for the following purposes:

• Your registration on the website, so that you can use our online purchase service.
• Payment for the shopping cart via the selected external banking service provider.
• Sending newsletters. By entering your email address, you can subscribe to newsletters that will allow you to be among the first to learn about our offers and news.

Information is disclosed to third parties only in the following cases:

• Our partners who provide payment collection and goods delivery services. We will provide these service providers only with such personal information about you as is necessary to perform the specific service;
• Law enforcement authorities in accordance with the procedure established by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
