Ekozoe.lt orders are delivered using DPD courier and DPD parcel locker services (in the Baltic countries) as well as Omniva parcel lockers (in the Baltic countries).

At payment, please select a suitable and secure payment method – payment to the courier upon delivery, the Paysera system, or the Stripe credit card processing system.

If you choose the DPD or Omniva parcel locker service, the buyer must select the parcel locker where the goods will be delivered. When the goods arrive at the parcel locker, the buyer will be notified by email and SMS.

If you choose DPD courier, the goods will be delivered directly to your specified home or office address. In this case, the courier will contact you on the delivery day to inform you about the delivery time.

If you choose Pickup at Titnago St. 12, Vilnius (Mon-Fri, 10 am–3 pm), it is mandatory to contact us by phone at +370 665 09097 before arriving. Goods can be picked up on working days from 10 am to 3 pm.

Orders to the United Kingdom (UK), Norway, and Sweden are only processed if you arrange your own courier and pick up the goods at our address: Titnago St. 12, 02300 Vilnius.
